On IWD 2025, we reflected on the importance placed upon our responsibilities as a signatory to HM Treasury's Women in Finance Charter, as we continue to progress with our corporate commitment to raise female representation at our most senior executive level, and across management roles within the broader geographical footprint of our Group. At DDCAP Group™, we continue to embrace opportunities to provide the support that will nurture the careers and development of the extraordinary network of women who play an essential role in elevating the growth trajectory of Islamic and ethical financial services. We were proud that our 2024 Bursary enabled attendance at the Cambridge IFA Islamic Finance Leadership Programme by women from our professional communities in SE Asia and Africa and we celebrated our ongoing support of Kent Exiles American Football Club Women's Team as we extended our partnership for a second season, whilst commending the Club for the recent launch of their Mental Health Champions Programme.
