The DDCAP Group™ first convened our Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) in March 2013 to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to quality by subjecting the substance and integrity of the business and service provision to regular Sharia audits.

Our SSB meet twice annually to ensure all relevant matters are opined on in a timely manner, with our most recent SSB AGM meeting taking place in February 2025.

Our SSB has been continually engaged with the development of the ETHOS AFP™ and the SSB’s Fatwa supports its multiple automated processes. As part of its ongoing audit of our services, our esteemed SSB regularly meets to review the ETHOS AFP™ platform, as well as transactions and the underlying supporting documentation completed on it, with emphasis on the highly sought after Straight Through Processing functionality. ETHOSTerminal™ is also reviewed and discussed regularly, with the rollout of ETHOSTerminal™ incorporating its full choice of supplier and end buyer functionality is envisaged to accelerate in the 24/25 Financial Year.

We place strategic importance on Sustainable and Responsible Actions (“SRA”) both in our business and operations and in our approach to Corporate and Social Responsibility (“CSR”) In 2019, DDCAP Group™ appointed Datuk Professor Dr. Mohamad Akram Laldin as SRA Champion within our SSB.
